Go Judi Terms & Conditions – Malaysian Betting Platform Usage Terms

1. Acceptance of Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between Go Judi and every user who accesses or uses our online Sports Betting and casino platform, operated under the domain name gojudi.im. These Terms, together with Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy constitute the entire agreement between you and Go Judi.

By performing any of the following actions, you are deemed to have fully accepted these Terms:

• Making any deposit into your account

• Claiming any available bonus or promotion

3. Registration & Account Management

Each user is only permitted to register and hold one account on the Go Judi platform. Owning multiple accounts is strictly prohibited, regardless of reason or circumstance. Users found to hold more than one account will be subject to the following actions:

• All accounts will be suspended and closed immediately
• All balances and pending winnings in the affected accounts will be forfeited
• The user in question will be permanently banned from registering on the Go Judi platform in the future

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information, including your full name, date of birth, email address, and active phone number. Go Judi reserves the right to request identity verification documents (KYC) at any time, including:

• A valid copy of your identity card (MyKad) or passport
• Proof of current address, such as a utility bill or bank statement
• Payment method information used

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

Go judi supports a range of local Malaysian payment methods to facilitate deposits and withdrawals. Currently accepted methods are:

• Touch 'n Go eWallet
• GrabPay
• Boost
• ShopeePay
• DuitNow
• FPX – Online Banking (Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, and other major Malaysian banks)

The terms and conditions relating to deposits and withdrawals are as follows:

• Minimum deposit: RM 30 per transaction
• Minimum withdrawal: MYR 50 per transaction
• Deposit processing time: Under 30 seconds for eWallets; up to 5 minutes for FPX
• Withdrawal processing time: 1 to 3 hours for eWallets; up to 1 business day for FPX
• Payment methods: Withdrawals must be made using the same method as your most recent deposit

• Validity period: Each bonus has a set validity period. Any unused bonus or unfulfilled rollover requirement within that period will automatically expire and be forfeited.
• One active bonus at a time: Only one bonus may be active in your account at any given time unless otherwise stated in the promotion's terms.

• Finality of results: All betting outcomes settled by the system are final and shall not be disputed unless a verifiable technical error can be demonstrated.

• Match postponed or cancelled: If a match is postponed by more than 24 hours from its scheduled time, all related bets will be voided and stakes returned to the player's account.
• Live betting: Bets accepted while a match is in progress are final and cannot be cancelled by the player once accepted by the system.

9. Account Closure & Suspension

• Multiple account ownership
• Providing false information during registration or the KYC process

Prior to closure, all valid balances will be returned to the user via the same payment method used for the last deposit, subject to full compliance with any active bonus terms.

10. Liability Limits

Go judi's maximum total liability to any user under any circumstances shall not exceed the current balance held in that user's account at the time the claim is made.
